Return unwanted small items
It’s easy to return an unwanted or faulty small item (e.g. audio products, cameras, computers, small appliances and TVs under 43”) purchased online. Simply complete our Return Home collection form or our DPD Pickup Shop form and choose whether you want to take your item to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop or if you want DPD to collect it from your home instead.
Return unwanted large items
You can request to return unwanted large items (e.g. major appliances like washing machines and TVs over 43”) purchased online using the large items returns request form. For faulty large items, please speak to one of our helpful colleagues using our Webchat service.
Return something in store
Whether you purchased in-store or online, you can always return your item to one of our stores (exceptions apply). If you’re in England or Wales, just pop in and speak to one of our helpful colleagues!

Made the wrong choice? It happens. To cancel a mobile phone order please call us on the number below. Please don’t use the cancellation request form as this won’t work for mobile phone purchases – we wouldn’t want you to waste your time.
